Our Services
Come and experience the therapeutic benefits of engaging in a natural setting, accompanied by the presence of gentle horses. When we depart from the traditional office space, we make space to experience our emotions and access our bodies in a way that talk therapy doesn’t always allow. Equine assisted mental health sessions are hosted at a private ranch in Redmond, OR.
For those seeking a traditional therapy setting, meeting in an office can provide the safety and comfort to delve into one’s challenges and goals. With the ability to incorporate evidence-based modalities alongside compassionate inquiry, the office setting can provide a focused and soothing space for self-exploration. In person or telehealth sessions are offered from my office in Bend, OR.

Good Faith Estimate Notice
As of January 1st, 2022, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You will receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your first appointment. You can also ask for one prior to scheduling a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
